14 July 2016 – Bosnia & Herzegovina became the first country in south-east Europe to provide explicit protection for intersex people in all spheres of life.
The government of Bosnia and Herzegovina adopted on 26 April 2016 its first Anti-Discrimination Action Plans as well as launched the first Anti-Discrimination report with official data gathered from institutions.
