Standards of Conduct for Businesses to Tackle Discrimination against LGBTI people

The OHCHR publication "Standards of Conduct for Tackling Discrimination against LGBTI people" launched in September 2017 provides five concrete steps that companies can take to align their policies and practices with international standards on human rights of LGBTI people.

2020 Annual LGBT Survey Serbia

Center for Research and Development of society IDEAS in collaboration with ERA member Regional Info Center (RIC), have published their yearly LGBTI+ research, in order to collect data about te position of LGBTI+ persons. ERA Annual Conference 2018 - Against all odds We Claim the Future

ERA’s Annual General Assembly is the biggest LGBTI event organized in the region since 2015. The conference is a lobby, advocacy, capacity building and visibility event which brings together more than 160 participants from across the region, Europe and beyond. LGBTI activists, state officials (governments, Parliaments, equality bodies etc.), donors, researchers, journalists, diplomatic community, representatives of international organizations and members of the local community attend the event.

Standardi ponašanja rezimirani u nastavku, a detaljnije predstavljeni u celom ovom radu, sadrže praktične smernice za kompanije o tome kako da poštuju i podržavaju prava LGBTI osoba na radnom mestu, tržištu i u zajednici. Standarde je razvila Kancelarija Ujedinjenih nacija za ljudska prava u partnerstvu sa Institutom za ljudska prava i poslovanje, a zasnovani su na ishodu niza regionalnih konsultacija održanih 2016. i 2017. godine u Mumbaju, Njujorku, Kampali i Briselu.

The LGBTIQ Employment Equality Index is the first of its kind in Albania as well as in the non-EU states of the Balkans. It is a ranking system to determine how well companies respect the rights and dignity of LGBTIQ persons in their hiring, training, development, and general employment practices. In addition, it rates their compliance with local labor laws on the topic.  The Headhunter Group, has decided to launch such an Index as part of its commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility and Workplace Diversity.
