Aleanca LGBT

Alliance Against Discrimination of LGBTI (Aleanca) is a national civil society organization working to empower LGBTI people in Albania and to advance equality, non-discrimination and access to justice. Through direct service provision, strategic litigation, advocacy and institutional lobbying, Aleanca promotes legal recognition and policy reforms in line with European and international human rights standards.

By combining community - based support with research, monitoring and professional capacity- building, the organization challenges stigma and discrimination and contributes to a fairer, safer and more inclusive society.
